Prior to founding MegCan Group LLC, Megan was Chief Financial Officer of All3Media America, where she was responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting, including the development of All3Media America’s strategy and long range plan. She also had oversight for all administrative functions for the company, including, Human Resources and IT. All3Media America was owned by Permira private equity and sold to Liberty Global/Discovery.

Megan had worked at NBCUniversal for seven years, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Style Media. Prior to Style Media, she had served as Vice President, Finance for the NBC News division where she was responsible for financial planning and analysis and helped develop new growth initiatives.

Prior to NBCUniversal, Megan had worked at Viacom for eight years in various roles at Nickelodeon and MTV Networks. She was promoted through the ranks to the ultimate role of Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis for the company. She began her career at Virgin Interactive Entertainment, based in London, England.

Megan holds a Masters of Business Administration degree, with honors, in Finance and Marketing from Fordham University in New York and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business and Spanish from Loyola University in Maryland.

She is a member of the Association of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS) and Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) where she was a Board member, keynote speaker and was selected to the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute Class XXVII.

Originally from Connecticut, she has lived in London and New York City and now splits time between Los Angeles and the Bay Area where she lives with her husband and two sons. For fun, Megan enjoys travel, hiking, and yoga.
